The biannual British Pig & Poultry Fair is a calendar highlight for our industry, giving producers and suppliers the unique chance to meet face-to-face under one roof and share fresh ideas.
It’s always a great networking opportunity for everyone here at Newquip – our sales team can wax lyrical about our innovative farming technologies for hours! We have the pleasure of meeting existing customers with whom we enjoy longstanding relationships, as well as expounding the virtues of our world-class products to new customers too. Together with members of the Newquip team, Big Dutchman will be arriving from Germany, along with representatives from our partners Sanovo and Kletec, providing in-person demonstrations of the clever packing and grading systems we supply.
Whether or not you’re looking to update your equipment or are keen to find out more about our extensive product portfolio, you are very welcome to come and see us at stand 11-110. We will have plenty of refreshments available, as well as a selection of tasty treats!
This year’s fair promises to be bigger and better than ever before thanks to its exciting new venue of the NEC. Over the two days, the Birmingham arena will play host to over 330 exhibitors and 7,500 visitors, showcasing the latest innovations in successful pig and poultry production. You can expect a series of high-profile speakers at the two forum theatres, plus the chance to see a wide range of new products set to hit the market.
The key themes for 2024 are around innovation, collaboration, and sustainability. Visitors will be able to learn how new software can predict early onset of respiratory disease in pigs, find out more about generating potential new income streams from farming insects, as well as discovering how technology plays a role in helping to reach net zero by turning animal bedding into valuable crop nutrition.
We look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th May!
