Due to diminishing returns from arable farming, we looked at diversification during the early 2000's
We started Organic Egg Production in 2007 with a Big Dutchman 3000 bird mobile from Newquip and due to the success of this initial building, we have expanded both Organic and Free Range production over the last few years to our current 72,000 birds.

Each time, we have stuck with Newquip and Big Dutchman due to the "can do" attitude, the ability to deliver and the production the systems give us.

 

Whilst we realise it is not the cheapest on the market, having all the equipment the same and the backup is invaluable to us.

Next time we expand, it will more than likely be Big Dutchman
